Access Services is currently seeking part-time Direct Support Staff to join our In Home Support (IHS) team caring for individuals living in:

Compensation for 2020: The base rate for this position is $12.00 to $12.75/hour.

Work Schedule: flexible schedule includes about 10 to 30 hours per week. Let us know when you are available and we will see which cases we have that may be available for you.

Key Responsibilities: 

Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the community by providing creative support through a variety of tasks, activities, and/or community engagement. May provide direct services to individuals in their own homes or in their natural family homes. Provide supports as outlined in the individual’s plan of care utilizing approved interventions such as safe crisis management techniques, emotional support, positive reinforcement, etc. Maintain appropriate case notes for the client in the electronic health record (EHR). Attend weekly clinical supervision, regular case reviews, and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

A valid driver's license with three years of clean driving history, regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance is required.
