The Digital Marketing Technology team is currently seeking to fill a Digital Marketing Strategist position with a focus on Hubspot ESP execution and optimization. The Digital Marketing Strategist position is an exciting opportunity to help build PESI's competitive advantage by executing and analyzing digital strategies that support overall marketing and business objectives.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and fun team of marketers that are passionate about creating world-class innovative digital marketing solutions to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a crucial role in helping our team to reach the right people at the right time with the right message.


  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency inHubSpot. Create, deploy and manage workflows, sequences, email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action etc. within the HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with content strategists to develop optimized marketing & automation campaign strategy.
  • Manage data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, analytic dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/audit projects.
  • Provide training to internal and external users on HubSpot CRM platform tools.
  • Create, update and deploy HubSpotbased web templates, landing pages, email templates and forms.
  • Oversee the creation and management of HubSpot properties with Contact, Company and Deal records.
  • Support request from team members and clients on HubSpot questions via ticketing system, phone calls and email.
  • Maintain ongoing communications withHubSpot support (Client Success Manager, Sales, and Customer Service Help Desk) for system updates and support, including but not limited to beta testing, best practices, and remain current on latest innovations/product releases.


  • 3+ years’ experience as a HubSpot Administrator
  • College Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field and relevant sales/marketing experience.
  • Experience with list building, segmentation, automation workflows, e-mail and campaign setup and deployment (not creating content or design), identify lead-scoring rules based on online behavior, internal data, profiling, and other data points that show interest and intent within Hubspot.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues, plus how to implement workflows/solutions to prevent issues in the future
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple time-critical projects
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes

Preferred Skills:

  • HubSpot Certifications (PLUS)
  • Experience with Google Analytics orother web analytics service.
  • HTML experience with the ability toc ode and debug emails and webpages using an HTML editor, i.e. Dreamweaver.
