Séura is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our quickly expanding team. This person will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing, implementing, and measuring digital marketing and ecommerce efforts for the Séura brand. Primary duties include digital and eCommerce strategy implementation, management and optimization of the company website and 3rd party resellers, paid and organic search, social media, and CRM. This individual will also be involved in digital advertising planning and execution.

• Manage, maintain, and deliver accurate brand and product data across multiple marketplaces. This includes titles, descriptions, features, images, additional attributes, and pricing.
• Build, maintain and deliver 3rd party reseller set up sheets and automated content feeds
• Monitor and maintain 3rd party account performance and ratings
• Monitor and respond to Amazon account needs in a timely fashion, including IPI score optimizations, FBA inventory replenishment, Reviews and other
• Support and build internal processes around customer EDI set-up and on-going maintenance, including purchase order and inventory processes to establish and maintain turnaround requirements
• Assist in the development and maintenance of seura.com – Update content in WordPress and Shopify, perform user acceptance testing, communicate updates required to our development team, manage monthly JIRA sprints, and other day-to-day support
• Manage monthly social media calendar, work with the design team to develop and post content across channels, engage with audience and respond to comments and questions
• Execute, monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook and other platforms
• Build and optimize Hubspot forms and workflows, manage web inquiries and lead pipeline, support database optimizations and segmentation efforts
• Test, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns
• Support digital analytics efforts by building dashboards and monitoring performance – including, but not limited to Google Analytics, DataBox, HubSpot, Google Ads and Shopify

Success requires the following

• Self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• A constant student to say ahead of trends, platform changes and emerging technologies
• Strong project management skills - proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects at one time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Adobe Suite and Google Analytics experience preferred
• HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress experience is a bonus
