The Digital Marketing Analyst will provide support to the Digital Sales & Marketing Team responsible for lead generation and conversion (turning prospects into members). S/he will work closely with the data strategy, digital experience, mobile app, organic search, digital paid media, and email teams to report on performance and deliver actionable insights.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain website and mobile app analytics dashboards and scorecards; accurately communicate user behavior trends.
  • Interpret data to identify business trends, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and identify digital marketing and process improvement opportunities.
  • Act as subject matter expert on SEO strategies by partnering with external agency on best practices, emerging opportunities, and staying on top of search trends
  • Conduct keyword research to uncover new opportunities and optimize existing content
  • Lead internal execution on SEO initiatives with writers and cross-functional content teams
  • Assist in defining website and marketing channel KPIs and reports based on objectives
  • Perform analysis of digital customer behavior to identify insights and opportunities for optimization, split testing, or personalization
  • Summarize and provide A/B test results and recommendations post-experiment to influence next steps, and the execution of future test ideas
  • Assist with review and QA of split tests
  • Aid with forecasting website KPIs based on trends & initiatives for various marketing channel segments & device types
  • Support data strategy team with data governance and web analytics tag validation as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, or similar field
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, digital marketing or related field
  • Web Analytics experience, preferably Google Analytics, DataStudio, and RegEx
  • Strong analytical background demonstrating an ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations
  • Superb communication skills with track record of leveraging data to influence business decisions
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and objectives
  • Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and change direction often
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Hands-on organic search (SEO) experience, or working closely with external agency
  • Previous experience in a B2C membership organization
  • Experience with data visualization or other reporting tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Understanding of statistical concepts (statistical significance, confidence intervals, etc)
  • Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress, and basic web languages (HTML, Javascript, etc)
  • Please note: this position can be located in our West Bend, WI Headquarters Office or in our Park City, Utah office. We are also open to this position being located at a remote location as well.
