Our non-profit organization is for someone like you to turn our complex stories into catching images, videos, and media, partly applying your own creative talents, and partly using external service providers and other experts.

In this role, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities, ranging from developing concepts, visualizing ideas, creating briefings for external agencies, and coordinating activities along with the production of visually stunning materials that scale our organization’s message.

About our organization

Our organization is a registered non-profit organization (501(c)3) 15 miles from Red Wing, MN. We work globally on societal stability, education, planning the future, multi-disciplinary analysis, storytelling, and consulting. Our philosophy is that this is a unique time in our cultural history - we are trying to positively influence the future top-down via policy and strategy, and bottom-up via education, creative media, and cultural movements.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a thorough understanding of our key topics
• Creating strong presentations
• Develop other material depending on experience and interest (e.g. web design, artwork, infographics, etc.
• Develop briefings for external service providers (communications, video production, web development, graphics, etc.)
• Coordinate all contributors involved in creative production.

Requirements:

• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency w PowerPoint and/or Keynote
• Fluency w WordPress and HTML helpful

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently working remotely without travel. This requires a suitable home office with adequate internet connectivity. We estimate to begin operating from our local Bay City, WI office again in spring 2021, subject to the situation.
