The role of the Contract Implementation Consultant (Project and Process) is that of a core contributor and is involved in all aspects of the projects, from kick off through stabilization, while ensuring a smooth transition to the account delivery team. The Consultant will be involved with the launch of an implementation working with a new client.

This is a Contract position.

  • Responsible for delivering core elements of the project, including but not limited to due diligence to process design, training plan and content design and delivery, leading service/solution review workshops, ensuring risk identification and resolution.
  • Serve as the expert in the scope of services agreed with the client, understands the parameters of the service delivery and challenges scope creep where appropriate.
  • Primary owner of process design and documentation, ensuring proper connections with other workstream leads such as technology, reporting and change management.
  • Creation of Operations Manual
  • Creation of Training Content
  • A strong understanding of training content development and delivery, technical writing and end to end process design are critical components, as well as understanding a variety of ATS, HRIS and related Talent Acquisitions technologies.
  • Leading the training plan creation and developing training content, which requires a high degree of technical writing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and be at ease with interacting at all levels of stakeholders; ability to deliver results (including influencing others to deliver); and the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Strong technical skills (i.e. Microsoft Office suite- Work, Excel, Power Point, and Visio), along with a solid consultant approach to influencing others and establishing oneself as the subject matter expert.

Position Requirements

  • Previous experience of analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data
  • Experience in RPO or recruitment preferred
  • Has experience of observing a process and documenting it
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, interpretation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to partner with workstream lead, especially technical and automation experts
  • Demonstrated ability to create process documentation (i.e. guides, manuals, training materials) independently. Process documentation must be clear and concise rather the story telling narratives
  • Good MS Office packages experience, especially word, excel and PowerPoint and Visio
  • Understands full recruitment lifecycle
