HB Technical Industries - Tampa, FL - Project Manager Reports to: President & EVP Leads & Coordinates with: Superintendent and administrative assistants Leads the following department: Production Department (re-roofs, new construction, sheet metal and restoration) Main Objective: Successfully manage projects to be on time and on budget and to maintain customer satisfaction. We want someone who makes things happen on a daily basis. This includes the following: Manages all phases of the projects (roofing, sheet metal, service department. etc.) Schedule all projects, manage submittals, RFI, CO, warranties, and all close out documents. Studies project specifications and blueprints to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times, staffing requirements, and materials for each phase of construction.
