When you join the ShiftMed nursing team, you can work as little or as many shifts as you want, from a list of local nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals - all near you.

All you have to do is go through a few simple steps and you can be working as soon as next week!

Here's how it works:
1) Fill out a short application form: Briefly provide your name, city, state, and zip to get started.
2) Download and get credentialed: Download the app, create your account, and securely upload you documents for verification.
3) Pick up shifts: Browse hundreds of shifts at local care providers to find the best match.
4) Get paid: Only a simple check-in and check-out while facilities approve your hours and you can get paid at the end of every week.

When you pick up shifts with us, you're an employee for ShiftMed - not a contractor - so that means you earn weekly pay at 20% more than local hourly rates, sick pay, and overtime!
