Responsibilities As a Clinical Recruiter, this position sources and attracts candidates for licensed clinical positions within the correctional healthcare through creative and innovative talent acquisition practices. This position is responsible for full cycle hiring activities for designated licensed positions including but not limited to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians, Medical Clerks and Administrative support. Position identifies hiring manager's requirements and potential candidates through diverse marketing and business knowledge and various sourcing methods, assessing candidates' skills, and recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers. This position will be split based at our Regional office in Hanover as well as offer days working remote. Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Clinical Recruiter II with Corizon Health: Proactively sources candidates in a competitive healthcare field, identifying RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other roles as needed for correctional facilities. Strategically builds pipeline of candidates through innovative recruiting and networking practices. Collaborate with local schools and universities to attract nursing students. Consult with HR partners and business stakeholders to define staffing needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. Effectively communicate with hiring managers and their staff, providing thorough and timely updates on the status of their open roles. Lead Recruiting calls with site leaders to provide updates on recruiting efforts to fill positions, including candidate updates. Effectively communicate Corizon Health's value proposition to candidates. Manages process to maximize candidate experience and hiring cycle time. Highly accountable for personal performance including time to hire and cost to hire. Effectively manages internal tools and reporting requirements. Maintain accurate records in iCIMS. Able to understand and articulate labor trends and their impact to recruiting and attraction efforts. Coordinate andor attend job fairs or conferences. Communicate and present process changes, enhancements and modifications to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. Incorporate best practices approach. Oversee administrative responsibilities for all internal transfers Assist in completion of special projects on as needed basis Corizon Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Generous PTO plan 401k with matching funds Employee Discount and Rewards Program Tuition Assistance Continuing Education Reimbursement Experience & Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent Recruiting experience. 3+ years of recent clinical recruiting experience in this highly competitive market Experience Recruiting Nurse - LPNs and RNs Demonstrated critical thinkingproblem solving skills. Highly organized and strong administrative skills Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with hiring managers. Ability to manage time and resources effectively. Tech savvy with social media, job boards, job descriptions and postings, and effective candidate sourcing and attraction strategies. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to candidates, managers, and other employees of the organization. Willing to travel to correctional facilities, regional offices, client andor vendor sites as needed A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.
