The Sales Development Representative prospects potential new business partners throughout an assigned territory, owning new annual recurring revenue growth for that region that meets quota expectations. This position is a hybrid role required to be in our Manhattan, KS, or Durham, NC office locations 2 to 3 days a week. We are welcoming more employees back into our office locations for people who thrive on face-to-face interactions and value the team energy that comes from a shared workspace. At our office locations, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, exchange ideas freely, and build lasting relationships.

We’re excited to hire a new Sales Development Representative who can:

  • Generate demand by getting the word out about our products through every medium possible such as email campaigns, telemarketing, webinars, conferences and social selling
  • Convert inbound leads to progress and close new business deals
  • Qualify and cultivate new business leads to late stages and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Take accountability for your geographic territory and understand buying dynamics, the marketplace, the culture that helps you capitalize the opportunity at hand
  • Educate qualified leads
  • Navigate often complex evaluation/ procurement processes to a yes!

There is no ideal candidate, but it’d be great if:

  • You have prior sales experience in a professional setting
  • You have experience prospecting or generating leads
  • You have had a quota-driven role
  • You have ever done competitive sports
  • You have done fundraising or worked on a campaign trail
