CDL A Truck Driver

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday
Start times vary

QUALIFICATIONS:
21 years of age, per insurance carrier requirements
2 years verifiable tractor/trailer experience
Doubles & HazMat are a plus
TWIC preferred
Pass pre-employment/DOT physical and drug test

ABOUT THE JOB:
As a driver at TMS Motorfreight, you will be the personal representative of the company with our customers. Your customer service skills, and the ability to develop a strong, positive repoire with our customers is crucial to building and maintaining strong business relationships. In addition, attention to detail when completing paperwork is of utmost importance.

DUTIES:
Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe manner at all times
Maintain the interior cleanliness of company trucks
Complete daily pre and post-trip inspections
Complete cry-sheets for any equipment malfunctions
Hook and unhook sets
Pull 32' to 53' dry vans
Flatbed and curtain van experience a plus
Load and unload freight by a variety of methods, which may include liftgate, forklift, pallet jack, hand trucks, or by hand.
Be able to occasionally lift 50 to 75 lbs
Must have good attendance, be punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT
