Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Reimbursement, Billing Support Representative working from Friendswood, TX. headquarters with a start date of September 14, 2026

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Billing Support Representative

This individual is responsible for the clerical duties associated with laboratory insurance billing, including, but not limited to, printing, reviewing, and mailing outgoing forms and letters. This also includes reviewing, indexing, and distributing incoming mail, faxes, and lockbox documents to the appropriate patient accounts and teams

REQUIREMENTS

Experience collaborating with multiple teams to achieve goals
Experience utilizing document management software, printing, folding, and postage machines
Must demonstrate the ability to type 35 WPM with 90% or higher accuracy.

<5% as needed for training and meetings.
