JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining a professional image and reliable operating conditions at company owned cardlock sites. As well as key partner owned and company operated cardlock sites.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain equipment, grounds and supplies at company owned cardlock sites and key partner owned and company operated cardlock sites.
• Change prices at company owned sites and bring in daily reports from sites to the office staff.
• Operate various types of vehicles safely and efficiently. Operate other kinds of equipment such as fork lift trucks, as required.
• Satisfy customer as number one goal. Be alert to customer needs at the cardlock sites, locate problems with equipment and notify office staff to schedule repairs.
• Maintain high standards of courtesy and respect for all customers and fellow employees.
• Maintain high company image standards for self and vehicle. Personal appearance must be neat and well groomed. Uniforms must be clean. Trucks must be kept clean and neat both inside and out.
• Arrange for routine truck maintenance and repair with supervisor in accordance with service intervals specified in the operations manual. Perform minor maintenance functions as required.
• Attend department and safety meetings when required.
• Other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Team oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Must pass MVR check.
• Must have understanding and comply with all industry and company safety regulations.
• Must have the ability to solve practical problems.
• Basic knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to fuels and oils.

OTHER KEY SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES:

KEY COMPETENCIES

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Some computer experience/knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience in fuel, oil or fleet trucking industry.
• Experience and understanding of fuel and oil delivery system.

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, etc.)

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and an ability to maneuver up to 400 pounds using hand truck and operating a tommy-lift.
