Responsibilities for Call Center Representative jobs include but are not limited to:
- Make and receive calls 7 to 8 hours a day

- Be the voice of the company with every customer
- Research customer accounts using computers.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center Representative jobs:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Familiarity with computers and typing
- Personable with customers
- Attention to detail
