An exiting opportunity for those with a technical mindset looking to explore a sales and marketing role! This position actively generates sales lead across the United States and beyond to support our Regional Sales Teams.

The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks with focus on:

Developing new business opportunities within the existing customer base and potential new customers, which includes targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions to achieve customer solutions.

Ability to identify key decision makers of client base, understand the buying process and develop appropriate account strategies to secure business.

Effectively manage exisiting accounts while assertively developing new leads.

Collaborate with the sales team and other support teams to ensure successful implementation of sales, marketing and product strategies.

Manage and maintain accurate and complete data in our CRM system; Preference to canidates experienced with Sales Force

Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions relative to the packaging industry. Prepare and present findings along with action plans and communications to management.

Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting documentation to develop and execute plans to maximize selling resources.

Collaborate with marketing, management, sales and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies.

Analyze the market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the Company.

Maintain the EDL library and electronic data containing specifications and descriptions of all existing products.

Responsible for the proper function of the EDL website in all of its uses. Manage the production of EDL video presentations. Preference to candidates with prior videography, graphics and/or photography skills.

Education/Training: Preferred Associate’s or Bachelorette degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Engineering

or similar degree and/or equivalent work experience

Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of packaging industry preferred

Knowledge of capital goods sales preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude required

Experience and/or Other Requirements:

3+ years’ experience with CRM software

3-5 years minimum in business development or sales in similar industry

Video production & website maintenance/desktop publishing experience preferred
