Digital Systems Engineer/Scientist, TS/SCI

Blue Sky Innovators is seeking systems engineering and technical advisor (SETA) support.
Description
 

Required Qualifications:

Senior level engineer or scientist with at least 20 years of experience in research and development for the Department of Defense
 

TS/SCI Clearance
 

Masters degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics.
 

Demonstrated expertise in digital signal processing, digital communications, tactical radios, distributed radio frequency systems, modern navigation and positioning technology, and estimation and detection theory.
 

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should be skilled in technical writing, technical briefing development, and also capable of executing cost analyses of proposed research and development activities.
