As a member of the senior management team responsible for Surgical Services line report to COO, responsibility for collaborative development and implementation of the operating plans within the line and across the Network. In dyad physician partnership manages assigned department(s) to ensure the overall operational success in cost, quality, and service. Ensures optima work environment for physicians, advance practice providers and staff. Demonstrates and promotes corporate values, service excellence, continuous improvement, team development and professional growth. Requirements * Bachelor s Degree is required. Master s degree in healthcare or business administration is preferred. * Minimum of seven years of management and job-related experience in a physician practice or ambulatory care setting within a hospital system is preferred. * Strong leadership, organizational and management skills, financial analysis, programmatic development, physician relations, excellent written and oral communication, knowledge of healthcare industry and EHR workflows. * Lean Six Sigma or other performance improvement certification preferred.
