Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sheridan, Wyoming
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required
Wood Project & Asset Management team is currently hiring for an administrative assistant with receptionist duties. This position will support our office staff and field employees. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for answering multi-line phones, screening/transferring calls, and updating phone lists
  • Mail distribution and preparation of outgoing mail including FedEx, UPS, and courier service
  • Making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings
  • Assist groups with project administrative tasks as required
  • Assist visitors
  • Process paperwork for general office invoices
  • Provide clerical assistance & update procedural manuals
  • Other clerical duties as required

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills with good time management
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist where required across the business
  • Phone & computer set-up knowledge a plus
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Work independently
  • Satisfactory safety record and knowledge of safety rules and practices
