Janai is currently an active duty Army Chemical Officer stationed out of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri . She possesses nine years of leadership abilities, knowledge in organization, team building and collaboration and administrative procedures. She has completed every key development position in the Army required thus far in her career, to include Company Command.  

Her education includes a Bachelor's of Science from Missouri State University as well as Hazmat Training credentials and she is currently three classes shy of a Masters in Environmental Science from Webster University.  She is currently transitioning out of the Army in Cape Coral, FL interning with Archima Solutions. Her role will be developing a collaboration with VetForce as well as connecting with partners to create giveback opportunities.
