IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and professional IT Recruiter based in North America to help support our technical hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands the technology hiring market, and can identify strong candidates for software engineering and IT positions.

Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and communicate with qualified IT and software engineering candidates.

Understand job requirements and match candidates based on skills, experience, and availability.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent across North America.

Coordinate candidate communication and support the hiring process in a professional and timely manner.

Work closely with the team to improve recruiting strategies and hiring results.

Requirements:
Experience recruiting for IT, software engineering, or technical roles.

Good understanding of common technology skills such as Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, cloud, data, and full-stack development.

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates or roles at the same time.

Must be based in North America.
