Essential Job Functions
May need to travel occasionally to Washington D.C., Orlando, FL, and/ or San Antonio, TX.
Manages day-to-day operations of IT service desk teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues in line with SLAs.
Develops and enforces quality control standards, monitoring service delivery to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with protocols.
Leads service desk-related projects (e.g., system upgrades, process overhauls, ticketing system transitions) from planning through deployment.
Tracks key performance indicators, response times, and customer satisfaction; provides regular reports to leadership.

In depth knowledge of service desk best practices.
