Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through calls, emails, and online networking.
Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM software.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales (remote experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using online tools (Zoom, CRM systems, email platforms, etc.).
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
High-speed internet, reliable computer, and quiet home office setup.
Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
