SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Essential Job Functions

Instructional Design & Multimedia Development

Collaborate with SMEs, Project Managers, and production teams to create educational media and multimedia products.
Recommend appropriate instructional platforms, tools, and delivery methods.
Design and develop training materials (e.g., copy, scripts, instructional text, etc.).
Utilize government-provided software tools as directed.
Courseware & Curriculum Management

Add, manage, and test online courseware; analyze data and recommend improvements.
Create training plans and validate new courses for effectiveness and proficiency.
Apply full ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) in all instructional design tasks.
Participate in educational support activities, such as continuity planning and curriculum guidance.
Project Coordination

Receive and clarify project requests, coordinate scope, storyboard content, and secure approvals.
Consult and validate educational content throughout multimedia project phases.
Analyze student feedback (course evaluations and field surveys) to improve courseware.
Attend meetings and perform other tasks as requested by the Technical Advisor or Course Director.
Administrative & Editorial Duties

Correct grammar, formatting, and maintain curriculum documentation.
Support meetings, training, and general educational activities.

Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements

Education/Experience:Bachelor's in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field; or
Five (5) years of applied ISD experience.
Expertise in at least two of the following:Learning theory or educational psychology
Instructional design practices
Educational assessment (e.g., test/survey development, reliability/validity)
Instructional product creation
Technical Proficiency:Adobe Captivate, SCORM packaging, gaming, VR, 3D modeling, simulation
Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams, Zoom
Skills & Abilities:Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Independent work capability
Critical thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication (written and verbal)
Compliance Requirement:Must have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on file with the employer, submitted to the Program Manager.
Highly Desired Qualification

Master's Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design, or related field.
