Loan Originator

The foundation of this position is to serve the external lending customers, realtors, the public and the community, as well as the internal customers of the bank in meeting their lending needs. This position requires strong customer service and sales skills and an aptitude that will contribute to the overall marketing effort of the Bank. This position requires a strong understanding and recognition of the need to interact with branch staff to achieve common goals. An enthusiastic willingness to suggest upgrades and improvements to lending products and services is encouraged. This position requires regular participation with community organizations and related projects.
