SierTek Ltd. is seeking a Decision Scientist to support an opportunity in Quantico, VA.

Position Overview:

This contract provides specialized support services to a federal agency, delivering expertise in areas such as program and project management, data analysis, requirements development, and technical evaluation. The contractor will assist in enhancing operational capabilities, supporting organizational efficiency, and addressing emerging challenges critical to mission success.

Essential Job Functions

Provide testing support to established Test and Evaluation (T&E) processes including collaboration with government entities, which includes but is not limited to conducting reviews, analysis, evaluations, inspections, and tests of the project's technical capabilities, system behaviors, processes and interfaces, operational use, feasibility, or practicality of the technology in each operational environment, and durability of the system as examples.

Minimum Position Requirements

Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in a similar field is required.
Expertise in testing environments, system evaluation, and decision modeling.
Clearnce required.
