Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Wage: $16.82

Work Schedule: Full-time, Swing Shift

Skookum Contract Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable Full Time Janitor with a positive attitude. This individual will be responsible for general cleaning and janitorial tasks.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

·         Restroom Cleaning – sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors. Restock supplies. Collect trash and replace liners. Sweep and mop floor. Follow cross contamination procedures.

·         Office Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.

·         Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.

·         Entrances and Exits Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule.

·         Trash – Empty trash in office areas, lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker according to schedule.

·         Supply Restocking – restock supplies according to schedule.

·         Dusting – dusting in restrooms, shower/locker areas, according to schedule.

·         Stairwell Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe handrails according to schedule.

·         Shower Cleaning – clean all shower stalls, damp wipe for dust, restock supplies, mop floors following cross contamination procedures

·         Janitorial Supply Closet/Locker – keep clean and organized.

Qualifications:

·         Must be able to communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way.

·         Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·         Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain stamina to perform assigned duties.

Requirements:

•          Valid State Driver’s license required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum’s insurance company.

•          Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances as background checks will be conducted for this position.

•          Where permitted by applicable law, you must have received the COVID-19 vaccine in full by date of hire to be considered for employment (unless otherwise exempted from this policy by an approved medical or religious exemption).
