*Job Summary:*
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage our office's general administrative activities. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will make you a valuable asset to our team.
*Responsibilities:*
- Answer and direct phone calls, and manage schedules
- Prepare reports, emails, correspondence, and other documents
- Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies
- Provide support to visitors and act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and office equipment
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
- Reliable transportation and high school degree required; associate's degree a plus
