Summary of Position:

Responsible for preparing food and beverage items in accordance with recipes and established Company standards to deliver extraordinary hospitality. Work in the retail store assisting customers. This position requires the flexibility to work in food preparation, packaging, cashiering and fulfilling beverage orders.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the Café Manager and/or Lead in ensuring that Food and Beverage items are prepared and served according to recipes and Company standards.

· Provide exceptional guest service.

· Clean and Maintain all assigned areas throughout shift, keeping all “First Guest Fresh”.

· Work individually and with the team, to surpass expectations in an efficient, motivated and positive, can-do manner.

· Be available to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts as requested.

· Adhere to Company Cash Handling Procedures.

Position Requirements:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities in a positive and productive way

· Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people

· Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required
